As a founding partner with Bimal Doshi, Paul brings years of budget-minded project management experience, having built select-service properties in 15+ states along with earlier work on office, religious, assisted-living, and school/museum projects. Paul's experience as ownership and asset-manager inform his "life-cycle" approach to construction and development decisions. Known for creative problem-solving and bootstrap solutions, his focus is on removing obstacles and keeping processes moving forward, maximizing each stakeholder's opportunity for success. Paul's participative and learning-focused approach keeps engagement high and develops teams that are comfortable with responsibility and autonomy.

Having designed a proprietary operating system for high-end computing during his prior tenure in the tech industry, Bimal Doshi brings a calculated, analytic approach to his principal role with BASK Development. Bimal entered the hospitality world as a managing partner with Bask Development, gaining more than two decades of experience in hotel development, construction and development. As a principal with BASK Development, Bimal focuses on hotel asset management and overall hotel investment management, from raising project debt and equity and assisting the in-house construction and management departments, to working directly with clients and partners to ensure requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Bimal graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Purdue University and holds a Master of Science in computer engineering and physics from University of Texas at Austin. Bimal is an American Hotel & Lodging Association Certified Hotel Administrator and a Asian American Hotel Owners Association Certified Hotel Owner.

Patrick Kenny has extensive experience in many sectors of the construction industry. This work includes large scale mixed-use developments, select service stand-alone hotels, adaptive reuse construction, residential, retail and office. As a result-oriented, hand’s on construction professional with over 26 years’ experience in all facets of the industry, Patrick has extensive experience optimizing operations and profits through outstanding executive-level management, technical, and relationship building. Patrick has a proven ability to develop and manage a successful business program, direct construction projects within diverse sectors including commercial, retail, office, and hospitality. Excellent negotiation and relationship management experience. Effective manager who employs a participative management style combined with outstanding interpersonal skills to lead and motivate project teams to outperform expectations, recognized by colleagues for his broad-based construction knowledge, seasoned management skills, dedication and integrity to consistently exceed project objectives.

Daniel is an experienced hospitality and IT professional with 15 years of strategic leadership, diverse planning, and project management experience. Having joined BASK Development in 2011, Daniel has been involved in all aspects of the hospitality sector, from development through construction, operations, asset management, and disposition. On a micro-level, Daniel has been responsible for feasibility and conducting due-diligence on target development markets, brand selection, franchise and management contract negotiations, project management, and technology deployment. Daniel oversees Information Technology and Business Intelligence solutions at BASK Development, helping leverage data and scale to drive our various business units forward.

Dema Kitsutkin is a seasoned Construction Manager with an engineering background and over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in a wide range of hotel projects—from ground-up developments and new construction to PIP (Property Improvement Plan) administration and brand conversions of existing properties.  Dema joined the BASK Development team in 2013. Since then, he has successfully delivered multiple ground-up hotel projects. In his current role as Project Manager for the development entitlement process, Dema leverages his deep construction expertise to inform early design strategies and value engineering solutions. His contributions ensure a smooth and effective handoff to the construction team for execution.

Saurin is a dynamic, results-driven Accounting and Finance leader with over 25 years of experience guiding financial operations and driving strategic initiatives across diverse industries. He has a proven record of implementing financial strategies that optimize performance, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth. His expertise spans financial analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance, with a strong ability to identify risks and implement robust mitigation measures to safeguard organizational stability.

Since joining Bask Development Inc. in 2018, Saurin has been instrumental in shaping the company’s accounting and financial functions. He has consistently strengthened internal controls, streamlined financial processes, and improved organizational efficiency, contributing significantly to the continued growth and success of Bask Development Inc.

Rahul Patel is a versatile and results-driven real estate and investment professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in Business Development, Investor/Client Relations and Project Management across industries. He has extensive experience spanning commercial (retail, mixed-use, multifamily) and residential rental assets and overseen the full investment life cycle from sourcing and underwriting to asset management and disposition, across diverse portfolios in the Midwest and Texas.

Since joining BASK Development in 2023, Rahul has played a pivotal role in building the firm’s investment platform, strengthening investor communications, and supporting capital raising efforts. He oversees financial analysis for new opportunities, manages investor onboarding and reporting, and develops relationships with private equity firms, lenders, brokers, and institutional partners. His leadership has enhanced transparency, streamlined investment management processes, structuring partnership deals, preparing investment offerings, guiding new hospitality and real estate development projects through execution, and advanced BASK’s development pipeline and growth strategy.
