BASK Development is a privately held, innovative real estate investment and management company with a particular focus on the hospitality asset class. BASK is a vertically integrated organization having development, construction, management, and finance capabilities in-house.

Established in 1992 and based out of Chicago, Illinois, BASK develops, builds, acquires, renovates, and manages hotel assets. All of our principals are engineers, and we believe in a systemic, logical approach based on heavy data analytics to provide remarkable results for our partners. Personally-vested in every project, BASK’s approach is the perfect mix of an opportunistic, owner’s perspective alongside nimble efficiency. Transforming properties into profitable businesses with distinction, our team is dedicated to creating strong returns for partners while cultivating long-term relationships.

We started BASK Development to build and protect our own wealth. That goal remains the same today and we are proud to be the largest investors with the company.
